Data on the North Atlantic Arc

Downloadable datasets relevant to the study of environment and social change in fisheries-dependent regions of the northern Atlantic. The information comes from various original sources that are described in downloadable, separate text files. The data were compiled for this Web site by the North Atlantic Arc (NAArc) research project, supported by the Arctic System Science and Arctic Social Sciences programs of the U.S. National Science Foundation.

Datasets are organized according to general topic or report below. All of the datasets are available in two forms: ASCII text files, or system files for the Stata statistical program.
