Durham House of Pets opened its doors back in 1991. Mark Marshall, owner and founder, wanted to give the Durham community a trustworthy and affordable place to buy their pets and all of the supplies they need. Mark Marshall began his business with just this one small local pet shop that sold only one type of dog food. Over the years, his business grew, and in 1994, when Harry Call joined the business as partner, the business skyrocketed. The duo now has over eight successful area locations that sell dozens of types of dog food and other supplies.

Over the past thirty years, we have provided the Durham area with healthy and happy animals, quality pet supply’s, and trustworthy pet advice.
