My name is Laura and I'm currently a freshman here at UNH. I'm a member of the track and field team. My major is athletic training, but I'm going to be changing my major to Exercise Science in hopes of becoming an physical therapist. I really enjoyed my first semester here and am beginning to figure things out with studying for exams because I never studied in high school. Whoops...my bad...
My hobbies are pretty much centered around sports. I've played soccer, basketball, softball, hockey, and participated in track and field. When I'm not playing a sport of some sort of physical activity I'm probably listening to music and procrastinating about doing my homework. I'll listen to pretty much any type of music except that heavy metal stuff and I love to watch a good chick flick from time to time. I'm not huge on scary movies, but the occasional one can't hurt. I also like to read as long as I'm not being forced to do it.
And...back to sports...I'm a huge fan of New England sports. I'm from Shirley, MA and I'm an avid Celtics fan. The Red Sox are another favorite, as are the Patriots despite their disappointments in recent years. I'll even watch an occasional Bruins game because they're actually not doing so bad for once. Also, because I'm so into soccer I like to watch the New England Revolution.
