Chase's Travel Agency uses the resources provided by Microsoft Access to improve the company and improve the satisfaction of our customers. We use this sophisticated database to collect data in an organized manner that allows for easy access, retrieval and use of that data. We shift away from Excel when we have redundancy in our records. This shift away from Excel to Access allows us to be more sufficient and concise with our clients. Access helps improve integrity, data consistency, productivity, and data independence. In access we are also able to create queries which allows us to manipulate data in a sufficent manner, and recombine data from different tables into one. We are also able to create forms and reports for our cutsomers using Access. This is possibly our most important form of customer interaction. Through this software we are able to compare travel options, and various travel companies which extremely benefits our clients. It allows us to better understand our clients, and get them cheaper vacations. We are also able to create an easy accessible and extensive contact list with access that we wouldn't otherwise be able to do.
