In 2000 our company was family founded by John Lombardi in Granby Connecticut. K-Nine Exercise has continued to function as a family business for 13 years. Everyone in our family bloodline has had the opportunity to be a part of our dog walking service. John previously had a career in the Accounting field until he made his family fortune and decided to retire. Once he settled into retirement, he realize he never got a dog because he felt as if he would never have the time to take care of a pet due to a full time job. He decided to start a dog walking business to give employed dog owners an opportunity of assistence. Once the company was created, John employed many of his youthful family members to be the first dog walkers for K-Nine Exercise. For the first 15 years, K-Nine Exercise walked dogs in Granby only. In 2013, John had enough employees to expand further into the Hartford County. Now K-Nine Exercise is walking dogs in over four different towns and continues to expand.
