At The Wedding Dove we use the spreadsheet application Microsoft Excel to stay organized, here's how:
- We use Excel for scheduling appointments. Our staff will never be late for your consultation, with Excel we create color-coded weekly worksheets that account for every hour of our business day.
- We use Excel for customer data. Excel helps us to track budgets, we can easily create charts and graphs to give customers to show them their progress.
- We use Excel for basic accounting purposes. Excel makes it easy for us to keep track of money in a checkbook ledger-like manner.
