Steps to make a web page

Download the page template.html file from Blackboard/Data files to the desktop.

Open the file in notepad++ (or Textwrangler) and Save As a new filename.

Enter the element tags and text content for each page.

All tags are in lowercase and enclosed in "<>".
The main page section tags are: head section and a body section.
The main text blocks tags are heading, paragraph, blockquote, lists.

1. Upload the html file to the cisunix.unh.edu server in the appropriate folder.
2. View the page from a browser using the following url: My Site
3. Make edits to the file using Notepad, save the file, view in the browser until you have finished the page.
