I have chosen to do a guide on bodybuilding. Ever since I was young I was interested in bodybuilding. I am here to inform internet users about what bodybuilding is and all other essentials that follow. This guide is going to provide information needed to learn the proper dieting & nutrition, exercise programs, and techniques needed to achieve the body one desires.
There will be informational links to guide users in the right directions. In these links you will find supplements, nutritional programs, the right and wrong ways to exercise, contacts for further questions not provided in FAQ's and articles about people who transformed themselves, providing the usage of supplements, and other exercise information for FAQ's.
This guide will provide pictures of bodybuilders and the type of exercises they are doing. It will also provide the steps to becoming a bodybuilder. Finally, this guide will provide the overall understanding of what bodybuilding is and if you can not find it within this site, then related links should set one in the right direction.
My goal is to provide the users with the option to use either a circular or a exploratory arrangement. Giving them the option allows the user to either go in order around the site or jump around to each individual area throughout the site that the user wishes to get to without going through many different web pages. In order to make the web pages link together like this there will be back a forward hyperlinks to get to each page in a circular arrangement and then there will also be links to each individual topic to move from page to page in a exploratory motion.
Here is Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is performing an exercise called weighted dips. As you can see he is really working his triceps muscles hard.
Here is Arnold Schwarzenegger performing an abdominal workout. He is using a machine with weight to add resistance to his workout, pushing his abs to contract and react harder.
Left Picture: This picture shows one that bodybulding is not just a sport
in its self, it can be training for other sports as well. Here is a
picture of Muhammad Ali boxing Lennox Lewis.
Right Picture: This picture also shows another sport, football, that can
use bodybuilding for training. This is a picture of Barry Sanders,
playing for the Lions as a running back.
