Pleasant View uses Microsoft Access to reference, report, and analyize large amounts of information. Access makes it easy for the company to add or retrieve information on employees, customers, and products and services. One benefit of using Access to reference our customers is that it avoids duplications. For example, if we are looking for all our customers who hire us for grass cutting and or irrigation, each customer's name only needs to come up once. This example benefits our customers because they are not getting more than one notice from our company for the same thing. Using Access easily allows Pleasant View to store all it's customer information in one place.
