Our Use of Access
The Wedding Planner team uses access to keep track of their clients and all of the weddings. Access is an important tool for us so that we can keep our data organized. With access, we can keep track of the guests' names and addresses. Also, access allows us to keep track of the venues, florists, and bakeries that we have used multiple times so that we can recommend these options to our new clients. Access is an advantage to our customers because they will be able to see what venues, bakeries, and florists are available for them to make their wedding perfect. With access, our team can keep track of how many flowers the client bought from each florist they used, how many different types of meals they need (vegetarian, kid's meals, gluten-free), and how many of each decoration they need (i.e. table cloths, center pieces), which ultimately keeps our customers satisfied.
