Motions

Motions are an important part of every routine. Every single cheerleader's motions must be at the same exact count as their teammates. If the motions are not on cue, the routine will look sloppy. It is also important that one's motions must be tight, and when you go to hit a motion it stays and does not move. This is really important so your routine looks good and make a great visual.
