We use excel to make appointments to speak with us or to keep track of how many people we are expecting in class each day. We cant have more than 50 so rather than people just showing up we ask for you to sign up for certain days. On the excel sheet is also our phone numbers if you need to contact us in an emergency. We also lists everyones phone numbers just in case we need to contact you as well. There are many advantages to using excel because it does such a good job organzing and keeping track of important information.
