Here at Jamie's Sweet Shop we offer two main services: Cake Decorating Catering

          If you would like to have a cake decorated by us then you can order it through phone, email, or in person by coming to the store! We decorate for any occasion and will do any design that you desire. Our cake decorators are highly qualified and are very capable. They decorate using just frosting, or a mixture of frosting and gumbo, or even with other things. But everything that is put on the cake is completely edible. An example is a cake that we did for a fifteen-year-old's birthday. Her cake was made to look like an ice cream sundae. Our decorator, Debbie, used rice crispies to make the "balls of ice cream". She shaped them into circles and covered them with gumbo. So even if something looks like a prop and possibly plastic - it isn't.

          If you would like us to cater an event you just have to schedule it with us at least two weeks from the event. We'll will take care of everything; making all the food and getting it to the event, as well as taking care of the leftovers. The cost depends of how large the event (a larger event will need more food). Also we will mainly bring dessert items, but we can also bring other things such as fruit and drinks. Obviously we do not cater with dinner foods, but that is because we are not a "dinner food" business!
