Jamie's Sweet Shop sells a variety of pastries and other baked goods that keep our customers consistently coming back for more. Not only do we always have things readily made, but we can also custom make things that you can call and order and they'll be ready when you come to pick them up.

We generally bake about fifteen batches of cookies everyday. Five chocolate chip, four oatmeal raisin, three white chocolate chip, two white macadamia, and one miscellaneous. |

We also have many customers who buy our brownies. Many of them come in for other services such as they need a cake decorated, and they'll buy a brownie to eat while they are waiting. We make brownies plain, with cream cheese, with nuts, with chocolate chips, etc. |

We make many different kinds of pastries. The ones to the right are strawberry and cream cheese, but we also make blueberry, raspberry, apple, and many more. |

Our croissants are very popular in the morning. People will stop in on their way to work and get one or two for breakfast. As well as croissants we also make eclairs and cannolis. |

Muffins are also popular in the morning and we probably have the biggest variety of them. Our most popular kinds are chocolate chip, blueberry, cranberry-orange, double chocolate, pumpkin, poppyseed, banana, and corn muffins. |

Cupcakes are also popular. We do the standard vanilla, and chocolate, as well as red velvet, and carrot. We often decorate them with the season or holiday, but we also have plain ones for those people who don't like a lot of frosting. |

Although we provide many other types bakery items, and make a good portion of our revenue from them, much of our business is done through making cakes. We custom make cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other occasions. |
