Jamie's Sweet Shop was founded in 1995 by April Brothers. It is located in Dublin, NH, on Boulder Drive - a road off of Route 137. April named the bakery after her then two-year-old daughter, Jamie, who then took it over in the summer of 2011 when she graduated high school. Jamie started helping her mother with the baking at a young age, and would go there to work after school and during vacations. Jamie inherited her mother's baking gene as the bakery's customers found out when she took over. There was little difference in the pastries once Jamie took over, and the differences that were there were improvments as Jamie started putting her own little twists on the recipes.
Although April Brothers is the owner/founder and Jamie Cornwell is the manager; there are a few others who are employed to work at Jamie's Sweet Shop. There is Debbie, who is the main decorator, Charlie, who is the cashier/janitor, and Sallie, who helps out wherever she is needed. This team makes for a delightful experience to whoever comes into Jamie's Sweet Shop.
