| History: Pine Valley Inc. was established 65 years ago by Timothy Brown. Brown started the
company out of his garage workshop as a second job building customized pieces of furniture upon request only. As word got out about his furniture and how well
it was crafted he began to get more orders in. The orders began to get overwhelming, forcing Brown to quit his job and focus on starting a business. In 1949 Brown
purchased a building where he would turn it into the first Pine Valley store. Over the next 5 years the company began to grow causing Brown to hire more employees
and expand to another store. Since then Pine Valley has added 15 more stores allowing it to become nationwide. |

| Mission: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and give them a product
that is long lasting. Each product is made with the careful touch of an employee, who has been hand selected and tested extensively to ensure a quality product. We
also are moving forward and converting all our production factories to produce half of the harzardous wastes that they are currently using. Giving back
to the planet and perserving it is a central thought in the production and construction in all of our products and stores. |

| Vision: Our Vision is to open a Pine Valley store in each one of the fifty states by year 2020.
Along with opening all these stores we want to bring on employees who are driven and strive to do their best when they come to work. With these employees we are ensuring
customers the satisfaction that they are looking for. |
