Religion

The majority of Ireland's religious group follows Chrisianity; of which 73% of them are apart of the Catholic Church. There are over 4 million Catholics in Ireland.
Ireland is infamous for it's religious wars. The counrty is very much divided between north and south ends. It's amazing that it is one unified nation.

Sports

The most popular sport in Ireland is Soccer. This is also the most popular sport in Europe. Another sport that is extremley popular is Rugby.
The Irish Rugby team has played in every Rugby World Cup. It officially went professional in 1994.

Climate

Ireland has a climate that is defined as temperate oceanic. The island country has generally warm summers and mild winters. It is warmer than other areas that land on it's latitude
because it is warmed by the Gulf Stream all year. There's really no extreme temperature such as scorching summers or freezing winters. Ireland stretches over 31,520.6 sq miles.
