Theme:

My web presentation project will be about tennis; my favorite sport to play. The reason I chose tennis is because it is so versitile. I have played tennis since I was 3 and have been teaching tennis since I was 16 years old. I watch tennis avidly and enjoy rooting for the best U.S. players in the world. In addition I could show my website to possible employers for an internship while I am still at the University of New Hampshire. How will I make my site diffitent? Firstly I will make my site fun to visit. I want to use a multitude of different css graphics. I also want to make it neat and professional. I want all my pictures and photos properly in place and working. Some categories I was thinking of was first talking about why tennis in general is a great sport and talk a little about its history. Another category I would like to have is talking about my personal involvement in tennis about me playing it and also me teaching children how to play as well. In addition, I would like to talk about the different types of courts amateurs and professionals use. And lastly I would ofcourse like to talk about professionals in general along with my own, personal favorites. I feel like my project will be unique and will have a fun vibe that will really make people enjoy visiting.

Goals:

My goals for this project is to make my website a professional looking site and most importantly fun to visit. In addition I want people and myself to know that it is quality work. My audience will be my peers, professors, and maybe most importantly, employers. I will have to do a good amount of research for this project because I need to figure out specific court dimensions and learn a little bit more about professionals so I can talk about how they became who they are now and such. I do not think I will have any problem meeting the project rquirements.

Navigational Theme:

My navigational scheme will be exploratory. There is no specific way to navigate through the website. It is broad and it allows anyone visiting to first learn about the history and present and past profesionals. Or if it is someone who knows me specifically they can learn about my involvement in tennis then learn about tennis as a sport and why I love to play it.
