1.The hate speech can attack people or groups on the basic of religion, gender, race and sexual orientation
2.I would not advocate placing limits on free speech. The direction of public opinion is more important than those limits, such as news. If the anchor can gudie public positively, there are not too much hate speech in public.
3.People have different value about the wolrd. It is hard to attempt to reach an international consensus. Especially, capitalism and communism have enormous difference in this world. One of them can attack another on the basic of weakness.
4.If the censorship or filtering of hate group websites is appropriate, the purpose can protect children and help abults to avoid information that violate community standards.
5.Creators of hate-oriented web sites should be held reponsible for actions of people who view those sites and then commit hate crimes. Bcause there are some communities that are outside the law, and theie action against normal individual or group.
6.People can create some filtering software blocks hate speech sites to protect children, and people should block some words online, such as "sex".
7. I think there are not any distinction between what is legal online and what is legal offline.
8.I don't believe this standards that should be different for hate-related material and objectionable material.
