Carl Harter was one of
six men who walked away from this accident Oct 4, 1997. They were on their
way to the Promise Keepers' Stand In the Gap rally in Washington. The pilot
had some problems on landing at the College Park airport. They hit and
skidded across the railroad you see in the background. To God be the Glory!!!
