It's popularity stems from many reasons, it's highly-cost effective, very filling, cooks quickly with little effort, and relies on very few needed ingredients. While it can be cooked in a microwave, utilizing boiling water from a tea kettle offers more consistency.
Ingredients:

- OPTIONAL
1 Medium-sized Egg
- Boil water in kettle
- While water is boiling. Open Instant Noodle package and seperate noodle block from the seasoning bag.
- Place Noodle block in a an adequate-sized ceramic or glass container with a matching lid.
- Open seasoning packet and pour over noodle block.
Optional: Crack egg and place contents over seasoning mixture and noodle block.
- Once water boils: Pour boiling water over noodle block + seasoning mix. Put cover over bowl and let it sit for Two Minutes or until noodles are flexible.
- Stir mixture to break up noodle block. Noodles may be hot, it is reccomended to have it sit two more minutes uncovered to cool.
