Jenia's chocolate frosting

I created this at work the other day
Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 c Confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 1 T half and half
  • 1/2 c butter (Cabot, preferably)
  • 1/8 c melted chocolate chips (hershey's milk, preferably)
This honesly tastes like Lindt chocolate.It's the best chocolate frosting I've ever tasted. It's more smooth than regular frosting and more gooey
