“Assignment 6: Hate and the Internet.”
“Answer”
- Hate speech can be defined as an out law speech.
This speech is created to discriminate other individual parties by
attacking directly to their characteristic.
- Yes, I do want to support the regulation.
If hate speech occurs, I would recommend blog to put censor in the user blog;
in case of sensitive speech was written online.Further more, social network companies
such as Facebook should change their policy to prevent hate speech goes viral.
- Yes, it is necessary for people to know what is hate speech means. Right now social networked
users are becoming a victim to many hate speech. They may not become a target to hate speech user
,but they may get influence to what hate speech is going to say. Hate speech will spread.
- In my own opinion, I think the circumstances should be split in two ways.
Depends on what users talikng about, the hate speech should allow people to express their
anger from stress. The other idea of mine is that websites cannot allow people to open any
political topic which damage government reputaion.
- I think it is not possible to make them held their own responsible right now. The reason is users.
IF the one who is using this website, they should know better that they could damage other people
reputaion. therefore they should be responsible to their speech. The web creator only upload the website
for users to plot their anger online. For someone like a lone wolves, they are like the users more than web
creator.
- I agree to this topic. Children are suppose to learn that they are not creating hatres to others. Just like
Hate speech writer, they use their victim weakness point to discriminate them. These would likely ruin their life
. Imagine a kid created a hate blog on a website, the victim would not survive the criticism from the society. This kid
can become a cyber-bully. Therefore, my answer is no.
- Yes. I cannot argue that there are many illegal activities online, so the government is undergoing the policy. Offline activities
is possible to become illegal. In some countries, people examine technologies so these device can use apps for free.
- Yes, and no. In a circumstances that people use hate speech to damage country reputation, it will be the same to others objectional
standard becasue this standard affect people characteristic such as emotion, behaviors. No, because low hate related standard is a
personal routine which people need to share their unfairness. People have a minor damage in their emotion, so it would be better to
release it on the net. This should be legal.
