The purpose of this site is to begin to explore Game Maker, a program created by YoYo Games. These tutorials will explain the basic user interface as well as begin to explore the creation of two varying types of games: role playing games and platform games. Game Maker offers tools to easily create both of these types of games, as well as much more. The intention of these tutorials is to teach beginners, as well as interest people who may not be aware of the program.
