Pitchfork is a website that i have recently started using. While it covers all kinds of music, the editors really like indie and electrionc music. From reading one article or review from this website you can see how professional it is.
I find reviews of new albums to be very acurate. The writers tell u what they like and what they dont like in less then 300 words. They also usually tell there favorite song from the album. It has really opened my mind to how hard it is to make an album that is connecting and complete.
This section of the website seems to lack in updates and is very subjective to the writers taste but it has a link to listen to every song the review.
The features section is worth taking a look at once in a while. It posts interview, articles, and documentarys about their favorite artist. The recent documentary on leonard cohen was a 30 min film were mr. cohens thoughts were could be heard as he went through a normal day. It really showed how much of a genuis this poet and singersongwriter is.
