History

First Step Realty is a privately owned Real Estate firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. FSR was founded in 2005 by David Scher, MBA. First Step Realty started as a small business run by one man, and has since expanded to employ over 15 business professionals that are dedicated to helping people sell and purchase their dream homes.
