Motivation For This Project
I felt pretty lost and alone at the beginning of my first semester at UNH. I believe that the reason I felt this way was that I felt like the odd one out all the time. From time to time, I still struggle with the feeling of being an outsider because of my skin color, but it is getting better. I do not want others to feel like they are the only ones going through this. My friends and I have experienced some things at this school that have made us feel like outsiders, but we are also thankful for all the resources we have here at UNH. There are many organizations and programs that can help us persevere and work through our feelings.
