Heroic Antagonist

Our worst enemy could also be our most valuable asset

Heroic Antagonist was originally developed by Christopher Palmer several years ago for the sake of entertainment: not for that of those visiting the site, but entertainment for the author in making it. It was sloppy and unorganized, developed with horrible web-building software and possessed of neither concept nor direction.

Soon, the author found direction; he decided to devote the site to writing and arts. Eventually, he picked up an interest in HTML coding and found a mentor, Christopher Frances. Originally, Frances coded the entire site, but Palmer picked up basic knowledge in coding and technique. The pair became co-authors of the site, and still maintain the original site here.

The current project is aimed at becoming a better manifestation of Heroic Antagonist, and will enventually take over as the only manifestation of Heroic Antagonist. It is maintained in tandem with Chris Palmer's Computer Science class, Online Network Exploration, and he is currently the sole-author of the site; after the duration of the class, Frances will hopefully join in its future direction and development.

The title of the site reflects the authors' interest in 'moral grays,' such as a villain with noble goals; the world is much more than good against evil, black and white, or right versus wrong. More later.

Christopher Palmer

I may be a liar, but at least I'm honest.

Christopher Palmer has lived in New Hampshire all his life and is currently residing in Wakefield, though he is originally from Rochester, where he lived for seventeen years.

Chris graduated from Spaulding High School in 2004. He is attending school at the University of New Hampshire, studying History, with a specialty in law.

This man pays for college by working long, gruelling hours at the UNH Computer Store. He most enjoys working behind the scenes in the back, securing the customers' computers and accessories from the forces of evil.

Often times, he can be caught drumming. He enjoys writing, drawing, sculpting, and simply creating with any available medium (including HTML). Because he is a bit of a geek, he has devoted far too many hours to playing strategy games, shooters, and RPGs.
