Cari's Cupcakes was founded in 2008 by Cari Posternak. She graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a business degree, but realized baking was her passion which led to the opening of the bakery. When the bakery first opened, the only items sold were cupcakes. These were very popular, and led us to expand the business. Today, there are many more different options. We offer cakes, pastries, and even homemade donuts.
