Provides technical expertise and support to resolve complex problems. Provides instruction and training to departmental users identified during assessment of needs. Installs, maintains and supports desktop hardware and software applications for department. Administers the department's time and attendance program, provides training for new time and attendance system users as necessary, and manages Kronos equipment and databases. Develops data-driven web applications and maintains web site. Responsible for content generation and management of department website. Provides network support and assists system administrator in network administration. Develops, manages and maintains data interfaces and web-based data applications. Manages digital and multimedia assets for department. Supervises the successful operation of UNH's Channel 3, Information Channel, including supervision of staff, equipment functionality and budgeting. New Hampshire State Senate Calendar Clerk, Concord, New Hampshire (1996-1998)

Published and coordinated delivery and distribution of the NH State Senate Calendar for hearings, meetings, notices, and reporting of senate committee activities. Provided guidance on deadlines, tracked legislation, and coordinated efforts of secretarial staff ensuring entries were published within established time frames. Responsible for maintaining all roll-call voting records. Served as Senate Clerk's Webmaster; designed and published Senate Clerk's Website, maintained currency/validity of website. Served as public information representative fielding numerous and varied inquiries.

Office Manager, Addiction Research and Treatment Services, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC), Denver, Colorado (1993-1996) 

Managed all administrative and business activities of the clinic. Responsible for financial reporting, fiscal accountability, inventory, payroll, purchasing, payables and administrative and client records. Supervised two full-time staff and all student workers. Implemented an auditable receipt system and launched program to increase targeted revenue by emphasizing fee collection and increased billing.

Personal Property Shipment Assistant, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia (1983-1991)

Managed the base-level nontemporary storage account system. Counseled all ranks of departing personnel on entitlement and moving/relocation procedures. Composed, edited and published the UNIX System Administrator policy and training manual. Solved complex procedural entitlement questions and provided solutions for technical issues.

Part-Time Employment (while pursuing degree) 

Cocktail waitress, bartender and bar manager.  Bar manager duties included supervision of waitstaff and bar personnel, scheduling personnel, liaison work, promotional publicity, policy enforcement of applicable state laws, cash and inventory control, and knowledge of state and local licensure.  Part-time employment was my only source of income while pursuing my undergraduate degree full time.
