Our event planning company uses the software of Microsoft Excel for many different aspects relating to the industry. Most often we use a spreadsheet in Excel for an events budget. It makes it easy for us to record the different expenses for each of our major categories such as the site, decorations, food, and advertising. By creating charts and diagrams we can see what are biggest costs are and compare them to our revenue. After the event we cant also compare the estimated cost to our actual expenses of the event. This helps us prepare for future events and allows us to make better decisions and have a better understanding of how we can enhance our company. Another way that we use Excel on an everyday basis is for scheduling purposes. By having a very specific schedule of our events that all of our employees have access to we can make sure we are prompt and organized for all of our clients. This helps us to keep track of all of our appointments and enhances Events by Adler by assisting in creating lasting relationships with everyone who does business with us!
