The History of Our Company
Pine Valley Company was founded in 1950 by Arthur K Stanton. Arthur always had a passion for woodworking and after years of toiling in a West Virginia mine, he decided to quit his day job and gamble everything on his own furniture company. Originally, Pine Valley Inc. only furniture hand-made by Arthur, but as his small store became more popular and Arthur couldn't keep up with demand he expanded his business and bought machines to help make furniture. When he retired in 1981, Pine Valley Inc. moved to making furniture solely with machinery, but always up to the quality and care standards of Arthurs handmade products. Today, Pine Valley is a large manufacturing operation that supples stores across the country with our fine furniture.
Our Mission
The Mission of this company has remained the same since its founding in 1950. Arthur Stanton created his pieces of furniture with love and constantly striving for the highest quality. He believed in making the best product he could and delivering it to the customer in a pleasant and convenient way. These values that Arthur built his company on are still the standard of Pine Valley Inc. We use only the finest materials and most skilled workers to make and deliver a product of the highest quality.
