Why our company uses access:

Excel is a very useful tool used in the business industry. However when a company's data becomes too complex, access is more useful than excel. By using access, you can organize more information in a variety of ways. Access allows the users to create tables, reports, forms, and queries, just to name a few. This may not sound that impressive but it is what you can do with these tools that is amazingly helpful, especially in a business aspect.

In the headquarters of El Palacio Flotante, access is used numerous times throughout the day. Our employees are constantly creating tables, forms, reports, and more to organize our business data more efficiently. For example by using a form, this tool makes it easier for us to keep track of each and every guest, how the guest is paying, how many guests there are and so much more.
