Microsoft Access is essential to our company. Access allows us to manage our database of past and present players which is currently in the thousands. We can organize and sort our players based off their individual id number, jersey number, coach, and height among other categories. If we need to filter by coach and team to find a player's email Access allows us to do so within seconds. Also, with Access not only can we manage players, but coaches and parents as well.
