History About Durham House of Pets

Durham House of Pets is a private company that was founded in 1986 by owner's Mark and Sue Smith. Mark graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in business administration with an option in entreprenuership. Sue has worked with animals all of her life, training seals at Disney's famous Seaworld. Mark and Sue met while he was vacationing for spring break in florida. They quickly fell in love and got married but they hit a rough patch in their relationship. Sue was unable to get pregnant and that was difficult for Mark to deal with. That was until they adopted four rescue dogs which replaced children in their eyes. Both Mark and Sue were so passionate about animals, they decided to open a business known as Durham House of Pets. With Mark's knowledge in running a business and Sues love for animals, their business is successful.

The company offered and still offers a variety of products such as animal apparel, animal vitamins, and animal food. The company has grown over the years with loyal customers who share their love for Durham House of Pets with their friends and family. Our client base is always growing.
