About UsHistoryDurham House of Pets was founded in 1975 by my father, Peter Bielski. In its early days the company simply sold food for pets and simple toys for them to play with. Over the years, the company has grown to start selling animals such as dogs, cats, fish, and certain types of hamsters. Why use us?Our company is unique because of the way we treat our customers, and our trademark low prices. Since 1975 we have been charging customers less than our competitors, and our hometown welcoming feel makes our customers comfortable. Unlike many other pet stores, Durham House of Pets offers a veterinarian clinic for sick or injured animals. We are located just outside the UNH campus in Durham center. This provides a convenient location for the people of Durham as well as local citizens of New Hampshire. |
