Soccer

Soccer is one of the famous game in the world. soccer has lots of rule and regulation, called as lwas of game. These laws are revised annually by FIFA (Federation of International Football Association). fIFA is the world's soccer governing body. These rules applied for both males and females. There are lots of clubs and soccer associations with seperate leagues for boys and girls.

Some of the common rules includes the length of the soccer ground must be 90 - 120 meters long and wide of the pitch should be 45- 95 meters long. Shape of the soccer ground is alwys rectangular. Size of the soccer ball is about 68- 70 centimeters in circumferance, and the weight of the ball lies in between 410 - 450 grams. The ball may be made out of leather or any other similar material. Number of players in each team is 11 including goalkeeper. There other substitution players in bench. Each team has different color of jersey, so that two different team can be distinguish in the pitch. In addition to players of both team there is one main referee in the pitch and two assistance refrees on each side of the pitch .

Duration of the game in the pitch is 90 minutes. There is half time in 45 minutes after the game is started. Sometimes the duration time in pitch can be longer, which depends on numbers of goals. When there is equal number of goals from both teams an additional 30 minutes is given. The winner in the game depends on the number of the goals from each team . If one team has more number of goals than other team, the team with higher number of goal is declared as the winner. In order to score a goal the whole ball needs to be inside the goal post. If there is no goals from both teams in additionl time, or ends up with equal numbers of goal than the game enters into penalty kick out. Penalty kick is taken from twewlve yards out of the goal line of your opponents. . when game is over players from both the team shake hands show respect to each team.
