Sudsy Puppies utilizes Microsoft Excel in many ways. Mainly, we use it to make appointments and keep everything organized so we never keep our customers waiting. They also use it to calculate rates and prices of the treatments the dogs are getting or the per hour watch they are receiving. This way both the company and the customer feel comfortable about the prices and trust that they are being calculated in a fair manner. The company also uses excel to keep track of which groomer is taking each dog and the time frames they are doing so. This way no one gets over loaded and has the time to do a good job on each dog, which in turn pleases the customer.Excel is a great tool and Sudsy Puppies tries to utilize each aspect of it to its fullest.
