Every day we had a quota we had to reach and we had specific percentages that needed to be attained for it to be a successful day. While working here, I achieved a goal of leading the entire company in insole sales, and was honored in their internal newsletter. My ability to talk to people that I do not know and finding their desired product was a vital skill that I acquired. Gunstock Mountain Resort (December 2007-Current) Position: Snowboarding Instructor, Gilford, NH I have been employed by Gunstock Mountain Resort for almost 5 years now and a lot has come out of that job. The ability to work with people that range from the same age as me to 45 years older than me will benefit my future. Channel Marine (June 2010-Current) Position: Boat Cleaning and Gas Docks, Laconia, NH This job has given me the opportunity to meet lots of people on Lake Winnipesaukee and meet some of the best business people in the area. This has also showed me what the inner working of a small business is like. Sports and Marine ParaFUNalia (May 2008-August 2008) Position: Sales Associate, Gilford, NH This job allowed to me to practice sales by talking to customers whom I did not know and find the product that I feel would fit them the best. J & B Butcher (December 2010- Current) Position: Assistant, Tewksbury, Massachusetts This job showed me what it was like to work in a small business. I experienced long hours, stressful days, and how to work with people who I do not know.
