I work for a non-profit organization in Manchester, New Hampshire. My position deals with paperwork entry and organization of the paper records. It's a very busy job. Although my busy periods are at strange times during the year. Usually January and September.
One of my favorite pastimes is cooking. I find the really enjoy the process of doing it. What I mean by process is the step by step order of it. You have to prep the ingredients, and cook them in the correct method depending on what you're making. Of course, that's not to say that I don't enjoy the results, but I find the activity itself fun.
