| Founder Owner and founder Emily Diamond had always loved pets. After graduating from the Univeristy of New Hampshire's Whitemore School of Business and Economics Emily decided to start her own business. One that combined her love for pets with her talent for business. In 1985 Emily's hard work and detication paid off and on May 5, 1985 The Durham House of Pets opened its doors to all the local pet loves. Our mission from the very beginning was to provide a local place to buy the main pet essencials. Since then however the stores list of supplies has grown beyond that of the normal everyday dog and cat products.Durham House of Pets prides it self on carrying the newest, healthiest, as well as unuual prodcuts for your dog, cat, and even exotic pets to enjoy. |
