Durham House of Pets was founded in 1965 by Ms. Smith & Mr. Smith. Since the pet's shop
founding it has been a mom & pop shop in little Durham, NH. Ms. Smith passion has always
been with animals. That is why a portion of all profits go to charities and shelters
for the adoption of animals. Ms. Smith & Mr. Smith, themselves, have adopted over 60
different pets and over 14 different types of species. Their concern has always been with
the animals. They are both regeistered in the state of New Hampshire Vetenarians.
Since founding they have grown out of Durham and have 3 different corporate offices and
30 other locations New England wide. It has maintained about the same products since its
opening. Durham House of Pets is a prospering mom & pop shop trying to stay in business
from the big nationwide corporations, help the cause!
