In whatever free time I have, I work for my Aunt retouching photos. She takes professional pictures at horse shows. A good picture of a horse shows the ears facing forward instead of backward. Sometimes a client will like a picture but want the ears corrected. My job is to do the correcting. Sometimes I clone out entire people out of the background. Here is an example:
