The Three Latest Episodes
- "Work Bus" (Episode 904) Andy gets the staff together and shows them a video of "fail moments" he has compiled from the last softball season.
The next day, Dwight (as the landlord) puts red tape Xs around the office in places where there could be dangerous wiring problems in the walls. He does not plan to actually fix the issues.
Nellie enters Andy's office to tell him that she's hoping to adopt a baby and will need a charater reference from him. Andy is unsupportive, but Nellie convinces him that he should care about the needs of the orphans.
Dwight does some research on the wiring issues and becomes concerned, but he would have to shut down the office for a week to fix the problem.
Jim tricks him into thinking that there are health concerns, hoping for a week of paid vacation.
Dwight sets up a make-shift office aboard a cramped bus, and everyone is miserable. They all hope for a trip to a pie shop nearby.
After Jim shares a moment with Dwight to lift his spirits, Dwight agrees to drive to the pie place.
In the end, Andy ends up writing the letter that Nellie needed to move forward with the adoption process
- "Andy's Ancestry" (Episode 903)
The episode begins with a Jim & Dwight prank. Jim (at a dentist appointment) sends an Asian friend in to fool Dwight while he's out. The friend convinces Dwight that he is Jim, and that Dwight just
doesn't see race. Dwight catches Erin trying to learn French (to impress Andy's family), and Dwight convinces her she's better off learning the made-up language, Dothraki, from "The Game of Thrones".
As a way to get Andy going, Nellie tells him she has researched his family history and found that he is related to Michelle Obama. Andy gets excited and brags about it.
The rest of the group decides that this must mean his family owned slaves. Nellie approaches Pam about her nervousness for an upcoming driving test. Pam agrees to drive with her for practice and they begin to bond.
Nellie tells Pam that she made up the Michelle Obama bit. Andy asks Nellie to dig up some dirt on the other employees, so Nellie and Pam make some things up about each person.
Jim confides in Darryl that he has an opportunity in sports marketing in Philadelphia that Darryl could get in on, but Jim has not told Pam. Meanwhile, Pam has confided in Nellie that she thinks Jim is up to something.
Nellie is convinced he's having an affair, but Pam knows that's not it. Jim finally tells her at the end, and she is totally on board.
- "Roy's Wedding" (Episode 902)
Jim and Pam take the day to go to Roy's wedding. Pam has low expectations. Meanwhile, we learn that Jim is working on a sports marketing plan with some old college friends. However, he and Pam had disucssed it a while back and decided that he should not persue it.
He is afraid to tell Pam that he really wants to do it. Nellie informs everyone in the office that they will have to pick a charity to support.
Dwight chooses "The Global Relief Foundation," which he later says is the Taliban. Clark (one of the new guys) convinces Erin that he has a friend that is looking for a new TV anchor, and that she should ccome to his apartment and have some wine and run through a mock news show on camera.
Meanwhile, Pam is shocked by how much Roy has changed and that he actually had a nice wedding. On the ride home, Jim and Pam discuss whether or not they know everything about eachother.
Jim claims he can't think of anything to tell Pam. Back at the office, Pam starts to think Jim is hiding something. Andy and Erin are both oblivious to the fact that Clark is trying to hit on Erin, and it's quite humourous.
