From about the middle of November to the middle of January is, in my opinion, one of the best times of the year. You get the snow, that cold nip in the air, the cheery Christmas music on the radio, and of course the month off from school isn't too bad either. Tis the season of giving and peace on earth. And despite all the over commercialized crap that comes along with it, this is always one of the happiest times of the year, especially in my household.
