Using Microsoft Excel

Our company uses Microsoft Excel for various business aspects. In Excel we store inventory and stock supply data. Excel allows us to see which items are in high or low stock. Then our employees know whether to order more of certain items. This keeps orders in track and makes businuess more organized. By using Excel to track inventory, it also shows which items are the most popular and which items or brands are not selling well. This helps us to decide which items to order in bigger bulk or which items to stop ordering on a regular basis. The use of Excel benefits customers because it prevents the situation of customers wanting a certain item that is not in stock. Being able to order proper inventory heightens the chance that we will have exactly what customers want in stock.
