In 2004, I spent two weeks in San Antonio training on different aspects of my job. This training included doing
radiation monitoring, days on end of calculations, air sampling, report writing and environmental sampling. This trip
allowed me to get back in touch with quite a few people who I hadn't seen since my original training back in 1998.
During my years in the military I have learned what a truly small world this is - even though I have gone from Active
Duty into the Guard, and traveled to several countries, I find myself running in to people I know in the strangest of places.
The Riverwalk is by far the best place to hang out when in San Antonio.
